![]() I appreciate providing solutions, but coming into the thread acting like it's oh so simple, like I'm somehow wasting precious forum space with my post, is condescending. How would I know that v-sync is the issue before the problem was diagnosed? I searched "scripted enemy not spawning" and many variations of that. You'll still get screen tearing this way, which is why I still prefer the Vsync method, but at least it will solve the door bug and allow you to play the game. ![]() For that matter, I'm pretty sure that functionality is built right into newer AMD drivers (since at least July '15). Regardless, if it's not working for whatever reason, you can accomplish almost the same thing by using third party software to manually limit frames to <100 fps. Works fine for every AMD GPU I've ever tried it on. Spend some time browsing this forum and you'll find countless discussions on this very same subject that will verify that. This issue is directly caused by unordinarily high frame rates (>100 fps) which break the game scripting/physics, and forcing Vsync via the GPU control panel is the best way to solve this. ![]() Isaac is panicking and removing the plasma cutter would give him a better weapon than the kenesis tool and. I could be wrong but I don’t think that there is anything that can kill the necromorph in that room even with the kenesis tool. How the hell was my post in any way condescending? That is the fix. Plasma cutter is more reliable Than a man mid surgery. Originally posted by Casper:Except forcing it on an AMD card drops it down to 30fps still. ![]()
